∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control hard waste %.
∎ Ensure reducing reject yarn as well as reduce non-conforming product (SECDS)-Adjust & modify EYC setting of all products as per customer demand.
∎ Ensure all standard process parameters of Auto coner & ACY.
∎ Rectify the off standard spindle , drum or area and attend to resolve it.
∎ Ensure spandex miss & off -centering of core yarn and ACY
∎ Any type of lot/count mix at winding & packing area
∎ Ensure rewinding & Length control of all denim yarn with fixed length
∎ Ensure proper intermingle, nips/m in ACY & splice appearance and strength in winding.
