∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering, major in Fabric Manufacturing/Wet Processing will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective of the position:
∎ Responsible for activities related to conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategy to achieve marketing goals and company objectives in business-to-business environment. Achieves business goals by contributing market development & technical services, acquiring nomination & specification, promotional activities & ensuring effective communications to the customers.
∎ Representative's main tasks:
∎ Strategy development:
∎ Develop and monitor the implementation of marketing strategies, managing approvals & nominations, ensure technical services by analyzing market intelligence, current and future competitiveness in products, applications & services.
∎ Market development:
∎ Direct the activities and lead the process to develop and penetrate in market with products, services & technologies by overseeing the implementation of the defined strategy & market intelligence.
∎ Managing nominations:
∎ Would be responsible to obtain nomination from retailers & buyers, will work closely with the internal & external team to get specification from them.
∎ Providing technical services:
∎ To create a visible differentiation with the competitors, will develop a technical solution package for the customers, implement it in customers place & embrace our sales team with this tool.
∎ Maintain customer relationship:
∎ Visit and establish professional relationships with retailers, buying houses, key decision makers & other stakeholders to influence them for achieving our set goals.
∎ Market intelligence:
∎ Create & maintain a database to obtain, update, monitor and evaluate market trends, application of products & technology, service needs, intelligence on competitors etc. in order to ensure a profitable growth.
∎ Product and application management:
∎ Provides support to design, development and implementation of new product portfolio, service line & application of existing products. Continuously monitor the marketability & performance of the products to fit the defined strategy.
∎ Networking:
∎ Manage a strong network with internal & external stakeholders, maintain a healthy business relationship with trade and professional organizations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply;
∎ At least 7 years of relevant experience in any large Textile/Garments Industry;
∎ Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic and result oriented;
∎ Work innovatively in simplifying tasks and assignment;
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, Excel & Power point presentations;
∎ Willing to work at factory site;
∎ Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
