∎ Master of Business Management (MBM), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, PhD in Management
∎ Master’s degree or Ph.d in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
∎ Certification in Credit Management or real estate-related courses is a plus.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 3-5 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or real estate finance.
∎ Experience in managing credit for large real estate transactions (e.g., property sales, commercial leases).Familiarity with real estate financing models, payment structures, and contract terms. Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess credit risk.
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly in dealing with clients and contractors.
∎ Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Understanding of real estate laws, property transactions, and financial regulations. Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving departmental goals.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payment disputes effectively.

∎ Proficiency in MS Office and strong Bangla bijoy writing.

∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
∎ Proven experience as a successful real estate agent.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
∎ Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability.
∎ Real Estate CRM software Strong experience
∎ To be responsibilities for running the overall operations of the CR Department.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for efficient credit recovery.
∎ Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely follow-ups.
∎ Formulate And initiate an action plan to achieve the collection target set by the management from time to time.
∎ To be responsible for credit and cash collection against company sales.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/yearly reports including CR & Marketing dues, over dues.
∎ prepare and present reports on credit realization performance to senior management.
∎ Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to address any deviations.
∎ Letter issue to Client for dues over dues, Over dues collection purpose.
∎ Any Other of work as per Management decision.
