Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
∎ Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Cultivate and manage relationships with key corporate clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
∎ Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Work closely with senior management to develop and refine the overall sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Contribute to the development of annual sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
∎ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales and marketing team.
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and messaging.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
∎ Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
