∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for apartment sales, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
∎ Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Conduct property viewings, site visits, and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our projects.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
∎ Prepare and finalize sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
