Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Must be a non-smoker.
Motorbike driving experience with a valid license will be added advantage.
Capable to serve under pressure.

Polite with fervent attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for residential apartments.
Generate sales leads through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Handle customer inquiries, arrange site visits, present apartments, and negotiate sales terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and real estate agents.
Follow up on leads and convert prospective customers into confirmed buyers.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, booking documents, and related paperwork.
Coordinate with Accounts, Legal, Construction, and Customer Service teams regarding bookings, payments, and apartment handover.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, apartment prices, and customer preferences in Bashundhara Residential Area
Maintain sales records and submit regular reports on sales performance and market opportunities.
Support promotional activities and perform any other job-related duties assigned by management.
