Education:

  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Factory Act, and related regulations.

  • Ability to deal with local authorities, law enforcement agencies, and government offices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office



Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage day-to-day worker-related administrative issues including attendance, discipline, grievances, and welfare.

  • Handle worker unrest, disputes, and conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation.

  • Work closely with HR & Compliance teams to ensure a stable and productive workforce.

  • Resolve disputes between workers and management in a professional manner.

  • Ensure timely intervention to prevent escalation of conflicts.

  • Lead coordination during emergency situations (strikes, unrest, accidents, etc.).

  • Maintain close coordination with local administration, law enforcement agencies, and community leaders.

  • Arrange and maintain police verification of workers and security personnel.

  • Build rapport with government offices to support smooth factory operations.

  • Ensure timely renewal of factory licenses, trade licenses, fire license, environment clearance, and other statutory documents.

  • Maintain compliance documentation and support in audits and inspections.

  • Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen services within the factory premises.

  • Monitor entry/exit control, worker ID card issuance, and overall safety management.

  • Prepare and submit reports to management regarding administrative activities, expenses, and compliance.

  • Any other task assign by the management
