Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): production management (Cutting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for cutting section output.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for following up day to day cutting section work
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for marking cutting plan
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for giving instructions to the cutting supervisors.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to co-ordinate with merchandising, planning and production department.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for minimizing the wastage of fabric.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for Supervising cutting fabric quality.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for solving problems and provide technical support.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for providing report as per management support.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for supervising section housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for following up 5’s principles.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for ensure “no less time” from cutting to production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
