Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Managing day to day customer services activities and keep up their satisfaction at an optimum level.
∎ Develop, improve and implement customer service processes and procedures
∎ Solve any obligation of the clients regarding technical, construction, modification and optional works.
∎ Any other task as and when required by the Management.
∎ Ensure best practice policies, processes and methodologies are utilised by customer service managers
∎ Participation in improvements of customer service development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year of experience in head position of telephone Customer Service or Sales is a must
