  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and social platforms.

  • Address client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly with empathy and efficiency.

  • Provide accurate product and service information to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Record, track, and resolve customer issues following company guidelines.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Operations) to ensure smooth client service delivery.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and campaigns.

  • Ensure high standards of courtesy, professionalism, and customer engagement at all times.
