• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Science (MSc)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Event Management, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Call Center

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Female

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication, CRM knowledge will be an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and social platforms.

• Address client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly with empathy and efficiency.

• Provide accurate product and service information to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Record, track, and resolve customer issues following company guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Operations) to ensure smooth client service delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and campaigns.

• Ensure high standards of courtesy, professionalism, and customer engagement at all times.
