Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products & services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure conversions.
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers over the phone.
- Record and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business growth.
