Education:
∎ MBA/ M.Com from a recognized University with CMA (Party Qualified) from ICMAB.

∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
∎ Strong knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/Power Point);
∎ High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
∎ People management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
∎ Demonstrated skills in problem solving, decision making and multitasking;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and plan requirements for sample fabric, bulk fabric, and accessories budgets.
∎ Ensure proper allocation and tracking of additional fabric requirements to avoid wastage.
∎ Follow and monitor RMG, knitting, and embroidery operations in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ Oversee fabric quality inspections to identify major quality issues.
∎ Analyze cutting wastage and investigate reasons for rejected cut panels, sewing rejections, and finishing rejections.
∎ Conduct line-wise capacity and efficiency analyses to assess production performance.
∎ Perform floor-wise performance analysis and monitor the order status of RMG, knitting, and embroidery operations.
∎ Communicate lost value or deviations to the operational floor teams to drive improvements.
∎ Reconcile operational data and track leftover stock and order-wise excess yarn issuance.
∎ Conduct SMV variance analysis between budgeted SMV and actual floor SMV.
∎ Perform CPM analysis for each order.
∎ Generate and review Inventory Aging Reports, analyzing yarn, grey fabric, subcontracted grey fabric, and finished fabric movements.
