Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Sound knowledge in IP sub-netting, Mikrotik Firewall, Filter and Mangle, various types of Bandwidth controlling, NAT & Port forwarding, scripting, automation, tunneling, ospf, bgp, vrf, mpls, pbr, load balancing, load sharing.
∎ Knowledge on VISIO and network diagram.
∎ Must have very good communication skill direct and over the phone with corporate customer, zonal engineer/technician.
∎ Experience in Enterprise, Campus, isp wired and wireless network setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Sharp knowledge about packet forwarding, ospf, bgp, mpls, segment routing, static routing.
∎ Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to work under pressure and agree to work anywhere anytime.
∎ Prioritizing and managing many tasks at the same time.
∎ Teamwork skills.
∎ Positive attitude and dedicated to the job.
∎ Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
∎ Committed and performance driven.
∎ Self-competence development with new technologies.
∎ Hardware knowledge: Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik, Juniper
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Infrastructure Router, Switch and Connectivity Installation, Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshoot.
∎ Infrastructure performance monitor, report and optimization, maintenance & Troubleshooting.
∎ Upstream planning and performance optimization, CDN management.
∎ IP resource management and planning.
∎ Router, Switch and Backbone capacity resource planning.
∎ Corporate and Bank customer Internet and data connectivity solution and troubleshooting, installation.
∎ Customer solution development.
∎ meeting with customer, take requirement and provide solution over phone or physically.
∎ Take care of priority customer.
∎ Data Center Management.
∎ RnD on new solution.
