∎ Both are Masters of Commerce (M. Com) /Masters or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed university.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Commercial: Managing all kinds of Import LC (Bitumen & Lubricant) opening related documents, Banking, and Insurance (LC opening to goods in-house and LC payment settlement).
∎ Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Effective communication skills to negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarders & Maintain cooperation with C&F agents, and submit documents to C&F agents for clearance of consignments.
∎ Adequate knowledge of HS code, Incoterms, Customs act, and other related laws applicable for export & import as well as all banking terms and documentation.
∎ Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals and objectives.
∎ Follow up the receiving notifications from Banks about the document received against shipment.
∎ Confirm the payment and get the document released from the Bank for clearing goods.
∎ Landed cost management & analysis of cost variances of imported goods.
∎ Follow up work with Inventory Department and Foreign procurement.
∎ Capable to oversee smooth execution of import and ensure to import of shipping documents to C&F before cargo arrived.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Commercial (Import, Bank, Customs Duty, Customs assessment, VAT, Tax, AT AIT etc )
∎ VAT: Should have good knowledge at VAT, ensure monthly submission of VAT return, withholding tax return, Statement of salary tax deduction, half-yearly TDS return, and yearly Salary statement (108, 108A) to comply with NBR regulations.
∎ Properly maintain VAT-4.3 (Input-Out Coefficient), VAT6.2.1, VAT-6.3, VAT-6.5, VAT-6.6, VAT-9.1.
∎ Maintain vat-related registers like Mushuk 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 & 1.2.1
∎ Corresponding with Custom offices like Circle, Division & Commissioner Office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Should be energetic, initiative-taking, dynamic, and hard-working.
∎ Should have an impressive knowledge of computer usage.
∎ Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English.
