Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts from a reputed university.
∎ CA / ICMA part completed candidates will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking of all types of bills before payment & ensuring the accurate and timely processing of positive pay instruction.
∎ Inventory cost accounting and stock journals as required.
∎ Posting the vouchers in the system with supporting report & bank statements.
∎ Capable to prepare financial statements, Cash Flow, financial forecasting, Monthly Receive and Payments, Budget & Budgetary control of the whole accounts of the company efficiently.
∎ Prepare product wise costing, budget, Tender Price (Local, E-GP & International) and periodical variance analysis.
∎ Presentation of Finance /Accounts related reports to the Top Management.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting transaction in software like Redbooks Cloud/ERP independently with customization.
∎ Negotiating loan or overdraft terms with Bank and other financial Institutions.
∎ Communicating with clients or other individuals involved in the client's business, such as creditors or suppliers, to collect payments or resolve issues.
∎ Ensure that VAT & Tax have been deducted & deposited to Govt., Treasury properly as per law.
∎ Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English & correspondence with supplier, Bank etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Should be energetic, initiative-taking, dynamic and hard working.
∎ Should have impressive knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
∎ Internet & accounting software.
