Commercial, Customs Bond, Import and Export of Bonded warehouse
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the Local Export and team activities.
∎ Maintain BA related database daily basis.
∎ Communicate with the concern bankers and customer's accounts/commercial/merchandiser/supply chain dept.
∎ for collect Party Acceptance/Bank Acceptance/Payment Communicate with the concern salesperson for get long pending BA.
∎ Plan and report daily/weekly PA and BA collection to higher Management & related concern.
∎ Ensure monthly Party Acceptances and Bank Acceptances Monthly target achievement.
∎ Monitor and checking Customer BTB LC and communicate for Clean LC.
∎ Problem solving for various customer (Export related) Monitor, communicate & prepare bills related to PA documents.
∎ Prepare PRC statement and get signed by AD banks for yearly customs audit.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have to know advance Excel;
∎ Should have experience of working in Credit Management/ Commercial Department;
∎ Good Communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented, multi-tasking ability;
∎ Self-motivated, self-driven, good interpersonal skill & team work;
∎ Honest in communication and problem-solving attitude;
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
