Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide CAD support(Booking/Costing/Development/Production)
∎ Pattern Make, Marker Make, Fab Consumption, Dia Change etc.
∎ Develop, implement and enforce CAD Standards
∎ Organize the CAD environment
∎ Supply technical support for all CAD software(Specially for 1.Winda 2.Lectra & 3.Optitex)
∎ Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions
∎ • Insure CAD vendor management
∎ Provide training and supervision of in-house CAD users
∎ Provide a budget for all CAD technology items
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects
∎ Provide leadership and vision of CAD
∎ Customization of CAD Programs
∎ Maintain CAD Software inventory
∎ Strategic Planning
∎ Scheduling drawing completion
∎ Monitor and maintain server
∎ Daily backups
∎ Anti Virus and SPAM filter overview and maintenance
∎ Order new hardware and config and setup when it arrives
∎ Order & maintain print & plotter supplies
∎ Provide input to business development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on Pattern Making ( Manual & Software)
∎ Must have knowledge on Auto CAD Software
∎ Good management perception and work independently
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity
∎ Strong Communication Capability both Bangla & English
