Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline (preferably from Business background)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of service proposals sent by team members to increase client acceptance rate.
∎ Be responsible for customer service of own team.
∎ Assign client orders to team members and ensure timely and error-free delivery by them.
∎ Training and Development of team members.
∎ Provide decisions and guidance to team members on procedural and analytical confusions. Ensure SOP and guidelines of operation are maintained by team members.
∎ Find errors, redundancies and flaws in operational procedure to increase efficiency and speed of operation.
∎ Manage employee attendance, leaves for employee availability.
∎ Coordinate with other departments, shifts and offices.
∎ Provide assistance to Manager to plan and implement tactical and strategic plans in the team.
∎ If required, work directly in service delivery and proposals in times Of high demand.
∎ Complete any other task provided by manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience (experience in people management and customer service will be highly preferred)
∎ High proficiency in English (Writing, Reading, Speaking and Listening)
∎ Train and develop team members
∎ Good Analytical skills
∎ Customer Focused
∎ Decision making capability with speed and accuracy
∎ Ability to lead, manage and motivate people
∎ Ability to work with professionalism, discipline and independence
∎ Advanced computer skills
∎ Ability to work under deadline and pressure
∎ Ability to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Salesman level mentality
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
