Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline (preferably from Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or English background).
Job Context:
∎ Timing: 7 pm to 4 am (night shift)
∎ Location: On Site at Nikunja Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and sell transportation, accommodation, insurance and other travel services to clients in the US
∎ Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
∎ Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers
∎ Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
∎ Deal with travel issues, complaints or refunds
∎ Enter data into software and maintain client files
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records
∎ Meet profit and sales targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh graduates or experienced professionals can also apply.
∎ High proficiency in English (writing, reading, speaking and listening)
∎ Decision making capability
∎ Ability to work with professionalism, discipline and independence
∎ Advanced computer skills
∎ Ability to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
∎ Salesman mindset
∎ Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
∎ IELTS score 7.0 shall be an added advantage
Salary:
∎ 3 months training at BDT 15K per month
BDT 25K once candidate qualifies as full time employee
Sales commission on base salary
