Brand Planning/ Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop brand strategy including the allocation of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for Bread, Cake and Cookies products
∎ Drive brand visibility on mass media through ATL (Above-the-Line Marketing) communication & other relevant channels
∎ Execute the tactical plan using appropriate BTL (Below-the Line Marketing) initiatives
∎ Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
∎ Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Sales and Research Partners)

∎ Analytic and creative thinking skills
∎ Business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
∎ Knowledge on drafting in various software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
