Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect, check and certify running and final bills of project contractors.
∎ To monitor the schedule of checking bill.
∎ To check and forward Contractor's bill to Accounts.
∎ To control over billing document, Work Order, Comparative Statements for all
∎ projects.
∎ To coordinate approval and payment of daily labor bill.
∎ To analyze various type of non-schedule items of work.
∎ Sourcing & selection of Contractors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
