Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the receipt, verification, and dispatch of BTB LC documents (Accessories & Advance).·
∎ Ensure document integrity, sealing, and proper archiving in compliance with audit policies.·
∎ Coordinate interdepartmental approvals and track processing timelines.
∎ Oversee audits of bills, salary, wages, production bonuses, and overtime.·
∎ Verify the accuracy of night bills, allowances, and arrear salary transactions.·
∎ Provide analytical insights on payroll compliance and variances.
∎ Lead the process of bill receiving, checking, and dispatch.·
∎ Ensure timely review, departmental endorsement, and clearance of all bills.
∎ Conduct cash verification audits with proper documentation tracking.·
∎ Identify anomalies and escalate issues for resolution.
∎ Plan and execute physical audits of subcontract factories.·
∎ Evaluate process compliance and prepare detailed audit findings.
∎ Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile stock with system records.·
∎ Report inventory discrepancies and recommend preventive actions.
