∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC,CMA
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Tally ERP 9
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Accounts Payable Receivable, Accounts Software, Cash and Accounts, Company Accounts Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising day to day accounting activities of entry level & preparation of day to day, monthly, quarterly & annual accounting reports as well as reporting costing & production.
∎ Provide support in Budget/ Planning and budgetary control as well as working for developing tools & systems of reporting.
∎ Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
∎ Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
∎ Preparation of feasibility report for new investment and sourcing fund at lower cost of capital.
∎ Dealing with internal auditor and ensure compliance issue regarding internal control system of the company.
∎ Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
∎ Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
∎ Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
∎ Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
∎ Assist with other accounting projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in English.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer literacy specially on MS Office, Bangla Typing and Internet.
∎ Should have competency with ERP software-based accounting system.
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
∎ Self-motivated, possess excellent written and oral communication skills and interact with all management and staff levels.
