∎ Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in a reputed company.
∎ Sound knowledge of Income Tax and VAT Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and Team Leading.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger etc.
∎ Manage cash flow and forecasting to ensure the organization maintains financial stability and liquidity.
∎ Ensure payroll ledgers and salary allocations comply with HR policies, including provisions for provident fund and gratuity statements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.
∎ Manage VAT and taxation processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop, monitor, and manage forecasts and the annual budget, providing explanations and recommendations as necessary.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process efficiently.
∎ Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure financial accuracy.
∎ Support business initiatives through detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
∎ Perform any other related duties as directed by management.
∎ Job Summary: The Manager - Accounts & Finance is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
