Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist senior management in developing and implementing the monthly account planning and activities
∎ Prepare monthly financial statement
∎ Provide guidance to and be a mentor for the junior staff.
∎ May manage specific projects independently.
∎ Demonstrates excellent judgment and ability to solve problems, delegating work appropriately across account teams
∎ Checking all kinds of supplier's bill as per standard way.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement and supplier's bill reconciliation statement and also knowledge in LC costing.
∎ Assist tax management to prepare tax accounts and tax related documents promptly.
∎ Ability to contribute to and develop public relations strategies.
∎ Drive smart, tactical execution of client programs.
∎ Establish successful, productive relationships with client contacts.
∎ Manage billing process and play key role in budget development/ management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to provide support on ERP software at user end
∎ Should display good motivational and communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and provide support to management, after office hour if needed
∎ Must knowledge in advance Excel
