1. Warehouse Operations Management
   • Ensure smooth daily operations of the warehouse and logistics functions.
   • Monitor inventory flow, storage, and data management processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
2. Compliance & HSE Standards
   • Implement and enforce client-required rules, regulations, and HSE standards in warehouse operations.
   • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, security policies, and operational procedures.
3. Team Supervision & Coordination
   • Lead, guide, and monitor the operation team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
   • Assign responsibilities, set performance targets, and track progress against goals.
4. Policy & Regulation Implementation
   • Establish, implement, and upgrade rules, regulations, and operational procedures to improve efficiency.
   • Maintain discipline and professional conduct among all operational personnel.
5. Continuous Improvement
   • Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for operational excellence.
   • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless support and client satisfaction.
