Responsibilities & Context:
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Ensure installation and updates of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux) and essential software.
Maintain and manage Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance and Biometric Attendance systems.
Manage regular data backups and ensure overall IT security protocols.
Provide immediate technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
Field Operations: Visit various project sites and factory premises to install or repair IT infrastructure as needed.
Internal Wiring & Cabling: Experience in professional electrical wiring and cable management for office workstations and server rooms.
