Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ EEE/ ECE or Honors & Masters in Mathematics/ Physics with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from any reputed institution. No third division is allowed throughout the academic career. Additional degree/ qualification/ training in relevant discipline/area will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Project Manager (IT System), Software Implementation, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify information technology strategies and implement them in line with CRP's objectives.
∎ Manage Information Technology and computer system
∎ Ensure technology is accessible & equipped with current hardware & software
∎ Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
∎ Maintain the integrity of all operating systems and servers for the seamless operation of the organization.
∎ Capturing, storing and processing data & maintain the security of these systems.
∎ Provide user level support in daily applications used, including, but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and other basic computer related skills.
∎ Assist with end user system updates and monitoring. Including: spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc.
∎ Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.
∎ Provide support in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor printers, copiers, and fax machines, telephone lines, CCTV set ups to make sure they are working properly and ensure their regular maintenance.
∎ Ensure the smooth operational status at various functional areas especially where there are high level of IT penetration
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure over extended working hours
∎ Can do attitude
∎ Ready to extend support even during off duty hours
∎ Quick decision maker
Salary:
∎ BDT 17700 (Monthly)
