• Supervise and monitor all architectural finishing and interior finishing works at the project site (flooring, ceiling, wall finishes, woodwork, joinery, fixtures, etc.).
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved architectural drawings, design intent, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve design or construction issues.
• Review and prepare detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Inspect and ensure finishing quality, workmanship, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports for management review.
• Collaborate with civil, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in site coordination meetings and contribute to design and technical discussions.
• Evaluate interior materials, finishes, and design samples for quality and consistency with hotel brand standards.
• Assist in value engineering and provide input on cost optimization without compromising design quality.
• Support pre-handover inspections and project completion documentation.
• Abilities to contact a proper way with vendor communication.
