Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise and monitor all architectural finishing and interior finishing works at the project site (flooring, ceiling, wall finishes, woodwork, joinery, fixtures, etc.).
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved architectural drawings, design intent, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve design or construction issues.
- Review and prepare detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Inspect and ensure finishing quality, workmanship, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports for management review.
- Collaborate with civil, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in site coordination meetings and contribute to design and technical discussions.
- Evaluate interior materials, finishes, and design samples for quality and consistency with hotel brand standards.
- Assist in value engineering and provide input on cost optimization without compromising design quality.
- Support pre-handover inspections and project completion documentation.
- Abilities to contact a proper way with vendor communication.
