Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement the overall administrative strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, finance, legal and facilities management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Establish and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and standards to maintain organizational consistency and compliance.

  • Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control processes to support the company's financial health and objectives.

  • Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in regulated health sector.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments and units within the organization.

  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of administrative functions, using key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans, ensuring the organization can respond effectively to emergencies and disruptions.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensures that appropriate safety and health policies, procedures and programs are effectively implemented; that adequate resources and priority are assigned to correcting hazardous conditions.

  • Ensure profit centers & all outlets legal documents renew on due time & take the necessary step for upcoming requirements.
