- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales of residential and/or commercial properties
- Knowledge of local property market, customer behavior, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead the Sales & Marketing department to drive apartment/commercial unit sales
- Set monthly and annual sales targets and ensure achievement through team management
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including digital campaigns and offline promotions
- Build and manage a strong sales team; train, motivate, and monitor performance
- Identify new sales opportunities and client segments
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate buyers
- Organize and oversee property exhibitions, open houses, and site visits
- Prepare regular reports for top management on sales progress and market trends
- Collaborate with the design, construction, and legal teams for client handovers and agreements
