∎ B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical from reputed public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have practical knowledge in the field of Service and should have Service Team Management experience on Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, LED TV, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Kitchen Appliances and all kinds of home appliances.
∎ Able to prepare Service Report and should be responsible to make proper Service Plan and execute for service system development.
∎ To set service related policies & processes and responsible to design strategy for service revenue growth.
∎ To work on Spare Parts Arrangement and keep backup spare parts.
∎ To make new service center based on the requirement in different locations throughout the country, design and make budget for decoration and development.
∎ Responsible to contract and recruit third party service management if needed.
∎ To ensure quick & quality service and comfort service environment and customer satisfaction.
∎ Quality and technically sound manpower selection and responsible to arrange training needs for skill development.
∎ Should monitor total service team's leave, attendance, incentive, transportations, and all types of service invoice management.
∎ Ready to communicate all types of customers and oversee day-to-day service operations and take feedback for service development.
∎ Should control budgets and optimize expenses against service.
∎ Ensure employee motivation and performance evaluation process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 8 to 10 year(s) job experience on similar electronics industries.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.
∎ Good Command in Bengali & English.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet and prepare regular reports for upper management.
