We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager for the Yarn Dyeing.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Analyze the dyeing process to achieve the highest productivity.

• Supervise overall yarn dyeing, piece dyeing, finishing, and quality.

• Responsible for recipe analysis and lab to bulk, sample to bulk correction for continuous development.

• Make daily machine-wise production plan.

• Coordinate with planning, lab, quality, and all sections to ensure the best quality and smooth customer support.

• Arrange weekly meetings with the team to ensure proper floor management.

• Responsible for the cost-minimization of dyes and chemicals.

• Root cause analysis and problem solving.

• Utilize minimum manpower, material, and machinery efficiency.

• Follow up with all customers in the house merchant team to meet requirements.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
