Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising & leading the smooth and effective functioning of the sales of Pasteurized Milk to drive top-line growth in existing as well as new markets and prepare innovative sales plan
∎ Formulating and suggesting policies and guidelines for smooth functioning of distributors ensuring their ROI and retailers' profit
∎ Maintaining relationships with customers by receiving & resolving customer queries to improve customer experience
∎ Continuously Monitoring the competitors' activities to understand demand-supply scenarios, and regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 years as Head of Sales and Marketing in a similar industry.
