Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or a related field From BUET, DUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, MIST, And Public University & Govt. Approved University.

• At least 10 years

• Age 35 to 50 years

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role, with at least 5 years in a similar position.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in related Sector.

• Proficiency in dealing with local/ foreign guest.

• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.

• Assist the Deputy General Manager in the daily operations of the company.

• Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in the development and execution of business strategies.

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Report directly to the Deputy General Manager and act as the DGM in their absence.
