Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• MBA (Major in Applied Physics) or Bachelor of Science in industrial Engineering & Production

• At least 10 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

The applicant should have experience in the following business area:

• Strong practical knowledge of Glass related company for manufacturing process mainly Glass processing industries.

• Proven ability to lead large production teams in a factory.

• Hand of experience in production, planning, line balancing and capacity utilization.

• Sound understanding of cost control, quality control, breaking reduction and productivity improvement method.

• Familiarity with factory labour law in Bangladesh.

• Ability to prepare and analyze production report.

• Strong problem solving, decision making and troubleshooting skill on the production floor.

• Good communication and coordination skill to work effectively.

• Willing to work extended hours and handle pressure during peak production periods.

Workplace: Factory cum office.

Job Location: Dhaka (Trimohini )

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible for production planning, manpower deployment, process standardization and quality check for manufacturing operation, ensuring the production system are established in line with operational safety and compliance standards.

Production planning:

• Initiate daily production operation of Edging Machine, Drilling Machine, Washing Machine and tempered furnace startup and uninterrupted manufacturing.

• Implement daily production plan

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with floor incharge, Furnace operator, Delivery incharge, Management to insure smooth coordination and operational alignment.

• Coordinate activities of operators to ensure effective manpower utilization and consistent production performance,

Monitoring:

• Monitor daily production output, machine efficiency and worker productivity to maximize operational efficiency.

• Monitor the delivery system.

Quality assurance:

• Must check the quality of the tempered glass.

• As per Company Policy.
