∎ MBA with a concentration in Marketing and with job experience in Event Management, Project Management & Operation Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Event Management, Exhibition, Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting directly to the CHAIRMAN and MANAGING DIRECTOR, our ideal candidate is a self-starter that is able to perform multi-tasking, work well under pressure and within tight deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude.
∎ Lead the organization in a result driven & competitive environment.
∎ Provide a vision, guidance, strategies with a leadership approach in guiding the institution to fulfill its mission.
∎ Provide leadership for the organization's total activities of a quality & nature that would result in business growth & profitability.
∎ Develop coaching & mentoring programs for improvement and achievement of Personal Development Plans.
∎ Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information.
∎ Take initiatives to the development of employees' skills and knowledge database in order to maximize the diverse talent of the organization.
∎ Analyze event performance after a completed course.
∎ Other takes assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Job experience in Event management, Project Management & Operation Management will be highly preferable.
∎ Strategic thinking, good leadership, strong analytical skills.
