Responsibilities & Context:
  • Introduce and onboard new customers, ensuring continuous engagement and follow-up from product development to shipment
  • Manage designated key accounts and provide regular business updates to management
  • Communicate with buyers for product, technical, commercial, and order-related clarifications
  • Develop product concepts and seasonal collections aligned with buyer requirements and market trends
  • Prepare full costing for knit garments, lead price negotiations, and confirm orders
  • Coordinate with the sample team to develop accurate samples, ensure on-time submission, and handle buyer feedback or approvals
  • Collaborate with Planning, Production, and Factory Sourcing teams to finalize delivery schedules, allocate lines, and ensure smooth production execution
  • Monitor sample development, bulk production, and quality to ensure alignment with buyer standards
  • Track order status and ensure timely shipment for all confirmed orders
  • Ensure seamless coordination and information flow between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Factory teams for smooth order execution
  • Track business performance, optimize costs, and support profitability and ROI goals
  • Design and implement trade marketing and marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive sales
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and refine sales plans
  • Generate innovative marketing ideas and lead their execution to improve market share and business results
  • Develop and execute the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and achieve business targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring performance standards, protocols, and talent development
