Alternative: 10 years of experience in the military forces (if not a graduate).
Age : 22 – 35 years
Language : Proficiency in Bengali; ability to assist in farm operations and communicate effectively with the Farm Manager.
Key Competencies:
– Willingness to learn farm management
- Ability to follow instructions and report accurately
- Discipline and responsibility (especially valued for military background)
OtherWillingness to stay on-site (free accommodation and meals provided).

কমপক্ষে স্নাতক। বয়স ২২-৩৫ বছর। প্রারম্ভিক বেতন ২০,০০০ টাকা। থাকা-খাওয়া ফ্রি। বাৎসরিক ছুটি ২৮ দিন। এছাড়া আছে পারফরমেন্স বোনাস এবং অন্যান্য সুযোগ অন্যান্য সুবিধা।
গ্র্যাজুয়েট না হলে সামরিক বাহিনীতে ১০ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলেও চলবে।
