Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage and maintain all electrical installations in the building.

• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning (AC) systems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot water pumps.

• Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting of generators.

• Detect, repair, and prevent electrical line faults.

• Maintain proper wiring and electrical safety standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Handle emergency electrical situations promptly.

• Maintain inventory of electrical tools and spare parts
