Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning
∎ Review the project budget, targets, and key performance.
∎ Develop and share communication materials aligning with the Project.
∎ Identify and develop content for capacity-building workshops for youth.
∎ Implementation and Management
∎ Work with the Divisional Coordinator, Manager, and projects/departments to ensure effective
∎ implementation of the project.
∎ Regularly review & track the project progress against milestones and take corrective action where
∎ required, raising issues with the concerned personnel as needed.
∎ Join the team meeting in regular basis regarding the updates of the project.
∎ Ensure efficient project management procedures are implemented to enable monitoring of projects and
∎ accurate reporting of progress.
∎ Ensure procurement and contracts are prepared and issued to JAAGO’s standards and procedures/ in-
∎ country legal frameworks / funder requirements and are managed effectively.
∎ Financial and budget control of selected tasks and components and coordinating with the Manager
∎ regarding budget control and financial progress.
∎ Support the collection and accurate reporting of impact data related to the project as guided by the M&E Manager
∎ Communication:
∎ Making collaboration and Partnerships between Volunteer for Bangladesh of JAAGO Foundation and
∎ local university clubs and youth organizations
∎ RECRUITMENT REQUEST
∎ Expanding Volunteer for Bangladesh network in the school, colleges, and public and private universities
∎ located in the concerned districts.
∎ This position will be responsible for arranging and coordinating local and national programs and events
∎ of the organization.
∎ Visiting concerned districts and meeting with the volunteers present physically.
∎ Making a bridge between the National Board, Divisional Board, and District Committees of Volunteer
∎ for Bangladesh the youth programme of JAAGO Foundation.
∎ Communicating and engaging with the youth leaders of JAAGO Foundation and maintain smooth
∎ relationship.
∎ iv. Networking:
∎ Traveling throughout the division to communicate, train, and build rapport with local stakeholders.
∎ Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
