Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Business Administration/Management/Accounting/Finance/Economics/Development studies/Social Work/Sociology/Statistics.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement outreach and intakes program through community engagement and field visits
∎ Organize dialogue, meeting, seminar and other outreach programs
∎ Monitor Micro Finance program
∎ Correspondences with donors, partner organization and relevant authorities.
∎ Prepare periodic reports.
∎ Coordinate with microfinance team or organization.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Microfinance program implementation at field level.
∎ Training in Management/Microfinance Program will be treated as extra quality.
∎ Should have Good operating skills in Microsoft office package;
∎ Should have excellent communication and report writing skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Motorcycle driving with valid driving license.
∎ Women and persons with special needs are equally eligible to apply for the said post.
∎ Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
