Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in HRM/Management. Candidates with B.Sc(IT), Finance, LLB with relevant work experiences can also apply
∎ Minimum CGPA must be 3:00 out of 4.00 in undergraduate level
∎ No 3rd division/class equivalent in any academic level

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with Department Heads and Project Management team to forecast future hiring needs, plan & facilitate the hiring process.
∎ Keep track of job applications, create a pool of potential candidate, conduct initial screening of CV's, arrange pre-employment test and conduct necessary Interviews by collaborating with Project Leaders.
∎ Arrange Pre-Medical of all Selected Candidates, manage timely onboarding of them with all required documents/ Certificate, and ensure that these are complete, accurate and compliant with Organizational current policy and practices
∎ Prepare periodic reports related to employee count, resource status etc
∎ Support Management in arranging events, award ceremonies and Team Bonding Activities
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field. MNC experience is desirable
∎ Strong written & verbal communication skill in English
∎ Advanced Excel competency is preferred
∎ Experience in handling various HR/Management information system

∎ Attractive remuneration package for deserving incumbents
