∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Agricultural or Industrial and Production or B.Sc. in Applied Physics or CSE, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from a reputed university will be an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, UX and UI Designing

B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Farming, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams in a matrix organization;
∎ Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective;
∎ Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation;
∎ Delivering the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers;
∎ Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans;
∎ Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans;
∎ Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
∎ Excellent communication and report writing skill and ability to articulate a vision;
∎ Play an active role to oversee external and internal communications with key stakeholders;
∎ Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members;
∎ Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed;
∎ Identify and approach potential distributors;
