Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting dealers, visiting farms and monitoring the activities of subordinates along with the competitors of the respective market.
∎ Must submit daily, weekly & monthly activity report to the Divisional Manager.
∎ Develop farmers and ensure them to get best result from Aftab Feeds & Chicks.
∎ Create new dealers for respective area(s) or buffer area(s).
∎ Motivating dealers to achieve their sales target.
∎ To control the credit and motivate dealers for clearing dues on time.
∎ Handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions.
∎ Any other departmental task assigned by the Superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience required if the Candidates is from Feed industry.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience required if the Candidates is from any other industry.
