Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibilities
Focus on human experience, aesthetics, and spatial efficiency for maximize forms and functions
Client Consultation: Meet clients to establish project goals, styles, and functional requirements.
Space Planning: Analyze how people move through a space to draft optimized floor layouts.
Concept Development: Create mood boards, color palettes, and rough sketches to convey visual ideas.
3D Visualizations: Auto cad, 3D modeling and high quality rendering by Lumion/Enscape or any sophisticated software. Making elevations & sections for construction file.
Budget Tracking: Estimate project costs, manage purchasing, paperwork, and track soft-furnishing budgets.
Project Execution: Oversee the construction of projects, quality control, budget control of a project.
