Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

Special Requerment -(Seed production, storage and Marketing)

• At least 4 years practical experience in agriculture and market development projects as mid-level position.
• Candidate must have analytical skill & Computer skill
• S/he will have report writing skill both in Bengali and English
• Must have attractive presentation and facilitation skills.

• Should have mentality for working in field level at the rural area with extreme poor people.
• Valid Motorcycle driving license add extra value.

ESDO has been implementing different project Agriculture, Fisheries & Livestock unit in 49 districts of Bangladesh. ESDO is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates for the position.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice and support to farm organizations, commodity groups, and others
• Researching and assembling data to support the development of marketing systems
• Recommending or helping to prepare policies and procedures for agricultural marketing programs
• Attending meetings and conferences to stay up to date on marketing trends and techniques
• Reporting livestock auction market prices and cash grain values to the public
• Helping to develop program operations for farmers market programs, electronic marketing, and grain and livestock marketing systems
• Responding to questions and inquiries about marketing information or programs
• Providing technical guidance on the interpretation, processing, and scrutiny of collected data
• Planning, guiding, and supervising work related to various schemes in the field of agricultural marketing
• Any other task assigned by the organization.
