Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bill/ voucher preparation & checking of Head Office, ACC, HRD,GF & Leave Pay.
∎ Daily Voucher posting
∎ Voucher preparation, checking, posting & reporting of Shaint Trust.
∎ PF Voucher checking, Loan payment, Final payment, Monthly collection posting.
∎ Monthly project requisition.
∎ Final payment of head office & Batiaghata Fish Project.
∎ Salary payment of Head Office & other project.
∎ FDR opening & Maintaining for Head Office, PF,GF & Shaint Trust
∎ Monthly & Yearly Accounts Preparation.
∎ Internal & External Audit Face.
∎ Annual Budget preparation.
∎ Special assignments as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of working experience in Any Development/ Business/ Semi Business organizations as Assistant Accountant/ Cashier.
∎ Age will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ The candidates should be honest, non-smoker, hard worker.
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he / she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
