∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain proper planning schedule to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Receiving issue in TNA platform from various departments and take necessary measures.
∎ Provide required guidance and suggestion to get maximum output utilizing limited resources.
∎ Responsible for reviewing production schedules, line plan and m/c Plan to ensure optimum capacity booking.
∎ Reduction of cost and maintain optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
∎ Develop and implement Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other tools for ensuring efficient production processes.
∎ To be able to make maximum utilization of ERP for greater effect.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Overall experience of 5 years in Planning Dept. of reputed knit factory.
∎ Strong leadership with communication/interpersonal skill.
Salary: Negotiable
