∎ Skills Required: Analytical, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Planning and monitoring, Solution design

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise sales team in assigned territory and drive sales target.
∎ Build strong relationship with local organizations/ companies/ individuals who are the potential source of target client.
∎ Promote new marketing initiatives and arrange local marketing events.
∎ Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Provide necessary training & coaching to sales team.
∎ Ensure compliance as per organization's policy and guideline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Mobile, Mobile Accessories Sales, Distribution Management
∎ Sound Interpersonal skills.
∎ Team Player.
∎ Negotiation skill.
∎ Target driven.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to travel extensively.

Salary: Negotiable
